My name is Ronnie Morgan. I am 30 years old, and very intense about life. I like to go full speed! I definitely can be serious, but once you get to know me you realize I love to joke around. I take great value in building friendships, and being a good husband and father. I love to encourage others to see that God has a plan fo their lives. I love to play sports, including basketball and football, and I like to go to the gym. I like to watch Aggie football, Spurs basketball, and NASCAR anytime.
I was born in God's country: Fort Smith Arkansas, and yes we do wear shoes there. I have a beautiful wife, Julie, who keeps me in line, 3 boys, Elliot, Elijah, and Ellison. What can I say, I love the letter "E." The people who have made the most impact on my life are my father, Ron Morgan, the minister of my home church, Phip Sams, and Dan Thompson, my brother-in-law. When I get to heaven, of course I look forward to meeting Jesus, but I also want to meet Jim Elliot, a missionary, Andrew, the disciple, and my two nephews.
I have a Bachelors of Biblical Literature from Ozark Christian College, and a Master's in Christian Counseling from Vision International University. I love to learn, and enjoy reading all the time. Some of my favorite books are Signature For Jesus by Brenning Manning, Gates of Splendor by Elizabeth Elliot, In the Name of Jesus by Henri Nouwen, and When God Builds a Church by Bob Russell.
My life motto is, "Don't let my life be wasted (Let Christ use me to make a difference in people)." My current goals for this year are to become a better father and husband, to tell people about Christ, and help lead the church toward spiritual growth.
