Our first minis
try was at Ridgecrest Christian Church in Albuquerque for almost 2 years. Then we moved to Arcadia, TX. Where I became youth and music minister at the Arcadia Christian Church. While there, I completed my M.A. program with California Graduate School of Theology, became a registered piano tuner and technician with the Piano Technician’s Guild, and my wife birthed two delightful daughters, Kaysha and Kimberly. Then, after almost 13 years in youth ministry, Susan and I moved to San Antonio so I could take up a new position as Senior Minister with Castle Hills Christian Church. We have now celebrated the completion of 21 years of ministry here and hope to celebrate many more years with this fine congregation. In my time here I have completed a D.Min. degree with Vision International University, worked along with Susan as forwarding agents for Indian Village Evangelism, taken on responsibilities as a Trustee for Colegio Biblico, current president of Heart of Texas Evangelistic Assoc., and serve on the Executive board of Tanglewood Christian Camp.
I am old enough to enjoy “Senior Discounts” at IHOP and I’m fully into grandparenthood with four grandchildren. When not spoiling my grandkids, Morgan, David, Caleb, and Lydia I enjoy a round of golf where-ever they will let me play and with who-ever is willing to play with me. I’m also a lefty guitar player who prefers finger-style playing. I also have a home recording studio where I am currently working on a children’s album for the grandkids.
My goal in life is to live all my days to God’s glory and to work to build up the kingdom God has called me to inherit along with all the saints. Like the Apostle Paul, I yearn to present all men (people) mature in Christ Jesus.
